GMP LABORATORY

QD Herbs has a well-equipped in-house GMP laboratory to perform analytical testing. Microbiological assays are routinely performed to exclude pathogenic bacteria and fungi and other pathogenic agents. Stability studies are also made on every product to determine the shelf-life of all our products. We also monitor master gauges for traceability and recertification, gauge capability, calibration procedures and frequency, and carry out routine preventive maintenance. We adhere to Good Laboratory Practice to provide a safe environment and ensure the consistency and reliability of results as outlined in the National pharmaceutical Control Bureau (NPCB) requirements.

At QD Herbs, we are licensed as a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) factory for herbal and health supplement under the Drug Control Authority. All products manufactured under QD Herbs facilities are required to register and approved by National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA).

At Nutri Action, our functional food products are manufactured under strict manufacturing practices as specified by Food Quality Management System ISO 22000, HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Point) and GMP.

Our premises, manufacturing process and products are also recognized by JAKIM,
the Malaysian Department of Islamic Development as Halal, ensuring the cleanliness and purity of the products for Muslim consumers.
QD HERBS and Nutri Action are audited on a regular basis by authorities and customers to ensure that we are working to the highest standards.
